David Proch-Wilson
REALTOR®
David is a full-time real estate agent with a vast array of knowledge in many different areas of real estate, giving him a unique perspective as he guides his seller and buyer clients through the home buying and selling process. David has extensive knowledge in the fields of financing, construction, and development, combined with a plethora of negotiating experience. David finds joy in helping his clients find or build their dream home and is a trusted real estate agent which enables him to walk any client through this process.
David moved to Winchester in 1982 with The Bank of Nova Scotia to set up a real estate lending practice, where he recorded the largest construction loan recorded in Boston to that time. He was then recruited by Sheraton Hotels to help develop hotels throughout North America and the Caribbean, buying, selling, and franchising for 11 years.
In 1995, David started his own business in hotel consulting and development. At the same time, he started a construction and development company where he bought, redeveloped, constructed, and sold residential properties in Cambridge, Somerville, Lexington, and the surrounding towns, building a relationship with many local builders and trusted clients.
10 years ago, David got his real estate license and began working with both seller and buyer clients with The Synergy Group. Only two years into this career, David was recruited to join a prominent Boston development company as VP and Project Manager for a Boston real estate project, while still working as a part-time real estate agent. After getting the Boston project into the construction phase, David decided to scale back his involvement with this project to focus on residential real estate once again. He is now back to being a full-time real estate agent with The Synergy Group and is a valued member of our team.
